7 Simple Ways for JEE & NEET Aspirants to Reduce Stress in Lockdown

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, several examinations were postponed and now, the JEE Mains exam to be scheduled between July 19 and July 23 and NEET entrance on July 26, 2020.

The academic concerns and the postponement for board exams and competitive exams are adding pressure on the students.

Here are a few simple tips for JEE and NEET aspirants to reduce stress during the lockdown:

1. Talk with Friends

If you are feeling stressed about your exams, the chances are that your friends appearing for exams feel the same. Talk to friends about your worries. Sometimes it is easier to relax once you have expressed what troubles you.

2. Indulge in Light Excercise

Whether it’s a home workout, yoga, meditation or even taking a walk around the house, it is important that you find the time to fit some exercise into your day.

The stress level increases due to uncertainty so plan your study well to feel more confident. Use this time to revise your short notes which can further reduce your stress & make your feel prepared.
