JEE Mains, NEET 2020 exams to be held in July; check out the revised dates here

Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has announced the revised dates of the JEE Mains examination 2020 and NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) Exams 2020  during a webinar with students from across India. The JEE Mains examination will be held on July 18, July 20, July 21, July 22, July 23, while the JEE Advanced exam will be held in August. The NEET Exam 2020 will be conducted on July 26. 

The admit cards will be available soon on the official website nta.ac.in. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts both JEE and NEET, will release the admit cards.

Joint Entrance Exam-Mains is conducted for admission to engineering colleges in the country. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the entrance exam conducted for medical admissions. The engineering and medical entrance examinations were postponed due to the coronavirus lockdown. 

The HRD Minister on Tuesday also revealed that decision will be taken soon on the pending Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 and 12 board exams. As per the National Testing Agency (NTA) data, 11,18,673 candidates have registered for the JEE Mains 2020 whereas 15,93,452 candidates have enrolled for NEET 2020.
